Skilled workforce for shipyard and industry | |

Through our partner, Gridins Group in Lithuania, we can supply skilled labour to our clients. Gridins have supplied workers in Norway for years, and are VAT-registered here. This service is also available for shipyards outside Norway. We can offer welder, fitters, piping, and special competence for mechanical/ electrical and hydraulic work. Specialist services like rope-access work (IRATA approved) and thickness testing (NDT) are also available. Services are offered on hourly basis or as subcontracts, and both for newbuildings, prefabrication and repairs. Short mobilization time and big resources (> 600 men) can be important in case of urgent requirements, especially in case of delays and emergency repairs. Gridins educate their workforce in their own modern training centre in Lithuania, and have good references at leading Norwegian shipyards. |
