Newbuildings

Frydenbø Marine Services - a shipbroker with a long history.

Building a new ship is a long and complex process. As a ship owner you know the type of vessel you want and which requirements it must fulfil. By coming to us gives you access to our network of contacts with shipbuilders worldwide. We are involved all the way, from the design phase to delivery and payment. As per today we have newbuildings under construction in India, Spain and Turkey. We have associated local agents in Istanbul - Turkey, and Mumbai - India, which assists you on site and guides you through all local bureaucracy. 

Hulls

Frydenbø Marine Services have a broad knowledge regarding ordering and import of hulls from builders around the world for outfitting at various Norwegian yards or elsewhere in Europe. For the time being 12 hulls are under construction in Turkey, mainly to be outfitted by different Norwegian yards.

Site Management

As the present situation in Norway and elsewhere is in general lack of qualified newbuilding/hull supervisors to look after and inspect during the building period, Frydenbø Marine Services have decided to also provide the "Site Management" services. As per today we have two people supervising  the building of one hull in Istanbul. More information about this service is available on the " Site Management" website.
