Shipyards from Delta MarineWe are pleased to confirm that we have bought all the shares in Delta Marine AS from Ragnar Bjørnvold with effect from 1. July 2010. All activities in Delta Marine have ceased as from this date.We are very pleased that Ragnar Bjørnvold decided to sell this good company, Delta Marine AS, to Frydenbø Marine Services AS. We will do our best to continue the good co-operation Ragnar had with his customers for many years. For Frydenbø Marine Services AS the Delta Marine take over means that we can serve all our customers in a better way. This because we will be agents for shipyards located in the most strategic places world wide. As from 1. July 2010 we will be agents in Norway also for this yards:
